March 2021 - Cancelled due to Covid On Friday the rides will operate from 5:00 PM to 10:00 and on Saturday the activities are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Winter hibernation is halted by this March event, held in the Emerald Plantation Shopping Center. A great day full of fun and games for the entire family, Saturday's events include corned beef and cabbage, traditional beverages and music. Green is plentiful when it comes to attire and decorations, so be prepared to join in the fun — and even join in a jig. This year's Saturday festival will feature more than 75 arts and crafts vendors, clowns, and static displays as well as amusement rides and live entertainment. Other attractions include a beer garden hosted by the Emerald Isle Business Association, the festival supports local craftspeople and civic organizations. There is no admission fee.
